These 3 cases concern the holder of the reservation contract as well as the participants registered when the stay was created.

Case n ° 1 MODIFICATION * from less than 8 days up to 72 hours before the start of the stay
Conditions: Contact us at least 72 hours before the start of the stay with your proof
Supporting document requested: (PCR or antigen test) (or proven contact case) (borders closed)
Proposal: The value of your stay is carried over to the maximum for the following season
What happens to your stay? : The sums paid related to your stay are kept in your customer area
The amount of the Zen Reserve remains acquired at the Marius campsite, it is non-refundable and is not carried over to the following season

Case n ° 2 MODIFICATION * 8 to 20 days before arrival
Conditions: Contact us between 8 and 20 days before the start of the stay
Supporting document requested: None
Proposal: The value of your stay is carried over to the maximum for the following season
What happens to your stay? : The sums paid related to your stay are kept in your customer areaThe amount of the Zen Reserve remains acquired at the Marius campsite, it is non-refundable and is not carried over to the following season

Case n ° 3 CANCELLATION * 21 days before the start of the stay
Conditions: Contact us at least 21 days before the start of the stay
Supporting document requested: None
Proposal: The value of your stay is refunded
The amount of the Zen Reserve remains acquired at the Marius campsite, it is non-refundable and is not carried over to the following season

We are delighted to welcome you to our campsite this summer.

To ensure your freedom throughout your holiday, and following recent government announcements, all adults over 18 must present a health pass, once, on arrival at the campsite.

It may be in digital or paper format.

 

This pass allows you access to all of the campsite’s facilities and activities throughout the duration of your stay.

 

If you live outside of France:

Non-vaccinated people (fully vaccinated), must present a negative PCR test or antigen test carried out less than 72 hours before departure.

Non-vaccinated people travelling from the United Kingdom, Portugal, Cyprus, Netherlands and Greece, must carry out a test less than 24 hours before departure.

 

To ensure we all enjoy this summer holiday together, please be careful and continue to carry out preventative measures.
